'順烏頭酸酶'[3](英語:Aconitase,簡稱為烏頭酸酶,EC 4.2.1.3)是一種在三羧酸循環中催化檸檬酸通過順烏頭酸中間步驟立體專一性可逆異構化為異檸檬酸的酶,這是一個非氧化還原步驟[4][5][6]。
