'蘋果酸脫氫酶'[1](英語:Malate dehydrogenase,EC 1.1.1.37)是一種在三羧酸循環中催化L-蘋果酸轉變為草醯乙酸(使用NAD+)的酶。蘋果酸脫氫酶不應與蘋果酸酶相混淆,後者催化蘋果酸變為丙酮酸,產生的是NADP+。
