鈣調磷酸酶[1](英語:Calcineurin,亦稱為蛋白磷酸酶3或蛋白磷酸酶2B,分別簡稱為PPP3CA與PP2B)其在體內的作用為啟動T細胞並可以通過藥物來阻斷這一過程。
鈣調磷酸酶為很多種免疫抑製藥的作用對象如,環孢黴素,吡美莫司和他克莫司。
