中華護理學會(Chinese Nursing Association,CNA),中國護士的群眾性學術團體,成立於1909年,原名中國護士會。倡議人為美藉護士信寶珠(Cora E.Simpson)。第一屆會長(即理事長)是蓋儀貞(Nina Gage),此後8屆會長亦均為外籍護士,直到1928年第9屆理事會才由中國護士伍哲英任會長,施鍚恩任總幹事(秘書長)。會址輾轉於武漢、上海、北京、南京等地。此期學會的主要任務是規定開辦護校的標準並要求辦校需經學會註冊,負責護士會考並向考試合格者發註冊證書,謀求會員福利及職業的發展。1920年 1月出版中國第一本護理專業刊物《護士季報》(中英文對照),報導各醫院護理工作及護理教育情況,各專科護理技術及會務消息。1923年10月起改名《中華護士季報》。1920~1949年共出版25卷(每卷4期),在此期間,學會還翻譯出版「教學大綱」及各科護理教材等。
1922年,國際護士會接納中國護士會為第11個會員國。1923年中國護士會改稱中華護士會,1936年,經國內外護士團體及個人集資,建成一幢學會大樓於南京。同年召開第13屆全國委員大會,大會宣布護士會多年來在護理教育及研究方面做了大量工作,作為學術團體,自本屆起中華護士會改名為中華護士學會。1942年改稱中國護士學會。據1948年統計,學會註冊護校394所,會員10114人,各省、市級分會因受時局影響僅有13個。
1950年中華護士學會第17屆全國會員代表大會在北京召開。會上除傳達第一屆全國衛生會議精神外,並就護士教育及學會會務等進行了討論。1952年,學會會址遷至北京。1958年學會被吸收為中國科協所屬團體之一。此後,學會即在衛生部和中國科協的雙重領導下工作。
1964年,學會在北京召開學術年會及第18屆全國會員代表大會。大會決議「中華護士學會」改名「中華護理學會」。1954年 5月創刊《擴理雜誌》,開始為季刊,1962年 7月改為雙月刊。同時學會還出版了一些護理教材和學習參考資料。
1966~1976年學會受「文化大革命」干擾,被迫停止工作10年。1977年重新恢復理事會,學會工作有了較大進展。目前,中華護理學會進行的主要活動為:①組織全國性學術會議,交流護理經驗。②舉辦各種學習班提高在職護士業務水平。③為衛生行政部門提供改進護理工作建議。④開展國際學術交流,邀請外國專家講學和選送護士外出參加國際護理會議、考察或進修。⑤發行護理雜誌。學會已成立了內、外、兒、婦、精神、中醫等11個專業的學術委員會。省級學會30個(台灣除外)。1987年統計全國會員為78797人。

Vivian 附件: 我們的簡歷 Debbie Frye Oncology Nurse, Clinical Trial and Healthcare Consulting Debra Frye is an experienced breast cancer nurse clinician and researcher, as well as author and educator. After one year of experience in medicalsurgical pediatric nursing at St Luke』s Hospital in Houston, Texas, she spent her entire 39year career in oncology nursing at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Debra began as an inpatient staff nurse in general oncology and progressed to outpatient clinic nurse, clinic nurse manager, senior research nurse, research nurse supervisor and research nurse manager, all within the Department of Breast Medical Oncology. Since leaving UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in mid2012, she has focused on oncology nurse, clinical trial operation and healthcare consulting. Debra has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, and maintains two professional certifications, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) as well as current Texas USA Registered Nurse licensure. As Research Nurse Manager in the Department of Breast Medical Oncology at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, Debra was responsible for the overall coordination of a variety of breast cancer clinical research studies in her department. As with her previous oncology research positions, she continued to be involved in the care of patients participating in these trials, assessing and monitoring patients』 progress throughout treatment. She is a charter member of the investigatory/caregiving teams engaged in taxane, bisphosphonate and aromatase inhibitor clinical studies, and over the past twenty years of active involvement in these studies, has gained considerable expertise with these agents. She also has experience with staff management and training, patient education, regulatory management, quality assurance projects, budget and contract planning and clinical research database operation. Debra has authored or co-authored over 50 papers, six book chapters, and more than 75 abstracts on novel therapies for breast cancer and associated nursing and other clinical issues as well as participated in the development of educational materials for patients with breast cancer and/or undergoing clinical trials. Since 1991, she has delivered numerous presentations on breast cancer, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, bone metastases and research nurse professional development. Debra is a former member of the U.T. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Ambassador program and participated in the past in various pharmaceutical industrysponsored Speakers Bureaus and as a faculty member of selected health education companies. She is a current member of the Oncology Nursing Society, the Society of Clinical Research Professionals and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. When not working, Debra enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and pets.
Vivian Chiv is a dedicated healthcare professional with expertise in clinical trial management, US insurance regulation, and oriental and western medical theories. Vivian is a current employee of U.T. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and works as a Managed Care Liaison Nurse in the Managed Care Department. She works very closely with one of the Vice Presidents of U.T. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, other Senior Management personnel, and Insurance Administrators to problem solve patient billing and administrative issues. She also facilitates single case contracts with US insurance companies. Vivian previously was employed in the Department of Breast Medical Oncology at U.T. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center as a clinical research nurse. During her 7 years of clinical trial development and management experiences on Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV trials, she was recognized for her detail-oriented, persistent, passionate, and very organized work style. She was a co-author of multiple breast cancer clinical trial manuscript publications. She also had 4 years of experience in the same department as a senior clinical research nurse and expanded her knowledge to include mentorship and hands-on training for new research nurses and data managers. She worked with interdisciplinary colleagues on a research nurse preceptorship project that was accepted for presentation at an annual Society of Clinical Research Professional conference and was later published. Vivian』s nursing history also includes 5 years of bedside experience in the Surgical, Cardiac & Renal Ward at the Chinese Medical Hospital of Guang Dong Provence in GuangZhou China (廣東省中醫院), which is affiliated with The University of Chinese Medicine of Guang Zhou China (廣州中醫藥大學). She was a guest speaker in 2010 for the Nursing School affiliated with The University of Chinese Medicine of Guang Zhou China(廣州中醫 藥大學一即以前的廣州中醫學院) . Vivian graduated from the Nursing School affiliated with The University of Chinese Medicine of Guang Zhou China in 1988. Vivian also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center School of Nursing, Houston, Texas, USA in 2001. She is a current master degree candidate at the University of Phoenix School of Nursing in the US and maintains a professional certification, Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) as well as current Texas Registered Nurse licensure. Vivian is a current member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the Society of Clinical Research Professional (SoCRA). She is a writer and holds an administrator role at Houston Chinese Nursing Association (HCNA). Vivian enjoys painting, singing, exercising, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Jessica Yeung is a healthcare program and software system design professional with expertise in medical information management, environmental health & safety, consulting and system design. In the past 15 years she has worked with US News Best Hospital and Fortune 500 companies, within the healthcare, oil and gas industries. Some typical clients include MD Anderson Cancer Center, Shell Oil, BP Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, Duke Energy, ENI Oil, Marathon Oil, Valero Energy, Spectra Energy, Teppco Pipelines, and Motorola. Jessica has a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston. She also has her Certified Professional DBA from Oracle and her Certified Technology Specialist from Microsoft. She volunteered with MD Anderson Cancer Center as an Ambassador to introduce the best cancer hospital to the public and medical professionals from around the world and as a Floor Host in the Stem Cell Transplantation unit, and with Memorial Hermann Hospital - The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) in the Strength Unlimited program.
