無機焦磷酸酶(英語:Inorganic Pyrophosphatase,簡稱為焦磷酸酶)是一種催化一分子焦磷酸鹽轉化為兩分子磷酸鹽離子的酶[1]。這是一個高放能的反應,因此此反應可偶聯到一些熱力學上不利的轉化,以便驅動這些轉化進行到完全[2]。此酶的功能乃是在脂代謝(包括脂合成與講解)、鈣吸收以及骨形成[3][4]和DNA合成[5]中扮演重要角色,其他生物化學轉化也是如此[6][7]。
