蝰亞科（學名：Viperinae），也叫真蝰亞科，是蝰蛇科的一個亞科，統稱蝰蛇，其主要特徵是眼與鼻孔之間不具有頰窩。

蝰蛇廣泛分布在歐洲、亞洲和非洲，包括約12屬，66種。^[2]，大多數都生活在熱帶和亞熱帶，但極北蝰(Vipera berus)卻可能分布在非常靠北的地區，甚至北極圈附近。
